According to on-chain data, Bhutan's BTC holdings increased to approximately 12,200 BTC at the time of the mining operation's cessation in early 2025, and it is reported that significant selling began in June of the same year. Currently, the Bhutanese government is reported to hold approximately 3,021 BTC (approximately $234 million).
