MAP Protocol announced via X that it has suspended the exchange service between MAPO tokens based on BSC and ERC20 contracts and mainnet MAPO tokens. Previously, MAP Protocol suffered a hacking attack, resulting in the unauthorized issuance of 1,000 trillion MAPO. The project team notified exchanges to suspend deposits and withdrawals and urged users not to trade MAPO from the affected address on decentralized exchanges such as Uniswap and PancakeSwap. It plans to disclose a new contract address later and conduct an asset snapshot, and all tokens held by the hacker's address will be invalidated and excluded from the snapshot and exchange process.
