Syndicate (SYND), which suffered a bridge hacking incident last month, announced via X that it is concluding 5 years of operation and shutting down its business. The project team stated, "The rollup market has sharply contracted, and EVM rollups no longer function as a standard, making it impossible to continue the business. Since the governance rights of SYND tokens are owned by a separate entity, Syndicate Network Collective, there is no immediate impact on token governance. However, if no acquirer emerges, we plan to proceed with dissolution."
